About the Role

Sadient is expanding its global Technical Recruitment Partner Network and is looking for experienced Technical Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to support hiring for IT, Engineering, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, and Leadership roles.

This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who have experience managing end-to-end recruitment and want to work independently while earning placement-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate submission.
  • Understand client hiring requirements.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates.
  • Conduct recruiter interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate submissions.
  • Collaborate with Sadient's recruitment team to achieve successful placements.

Sourcing Partner Responsibilities

Submit only qualified, interested, and available candidates. Obtain a valid Right to Represent (RTR) before submission. Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and interest.
