About the Role

We are looking for motivated, career-focused professionals to join Sadient as Freelance Career Success Partners.

In this role, you will work directly with U.S.-based job seekers, helping them understand our Full Placement Assistance services and guiding them throughout their job search journey.

You will manage multiple candidate profiles simultaneously, optimize their professional branding, coordinate recruiter outreach, support interview scheduling, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience until placement.

This role is ideal for recruiters, career consultants, HR professionals, talent acquisition specialists, resume writers, business development professionals, and customer success managers.

Candidate Consultation

Manage 2–3 active candidate profiles simultaneously, ensuring:
