About the Role

Sadient is seeking skilled Talent Sourcers who enjoy identifying exceptional candidates through advanced sourcing techniques. If you are passionate about research, networking, and building strong talent pipelines, we'd love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn X-Ray Search, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and professional communities.
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research.
  • Verify candidate availability and interest.
  • Obtain Right to Represent (RTR) before submission.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing records.
  • Submit qualified candidates through the Sadient Partner Portal.
