Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 2.5 years in account management, sales, or customer service, ideally within a marketing or creative agency
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to build and maintain client relationships; proven ability to analyze client challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, with willingness to learn new software as needed
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to maximize account profitability; collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with client goals

  • Develop and execute account strategies tailored to meet client goals and objectives
