How do we rank employers?
Each company has its Flex Score that is calculated based on the employers remote & flexible policy. We evaluate more than 30 different criteria which are split between 3 pillars:
- Where? Remote frequency and flexibility over the geographical area
- When? Flexibility on working days, hours, 4-day week, holiday periods, and so on.
- How? Type of contract offered, slashing, freelancing, etc.
We have included only the companies that have active job offers at the moment of publication of this ranking. The number of available offers may vary and change after the date of this publication.
The list contains only remote companies, employers that apply a hybrid approach aren't included.
