Social Media Manager for a Yacht Brokerage Company in the US (Home Based Part Time)

• Manage and grow Instagram as the primary platform, with TikTok as a secondary platform
• Edit existing raw videos and graphics into reels and short-form content
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar for client review and approval, especially during the first few months
• Schedule and publish posts consistently and on time
• Manage boosted posts and optimize content around platform algorithms for reach and engagement
• Monitor and respond to direct messages and inbound inquiries, qualifying leads from information-seekers to likely buyers
• Create educational content that introduces tourists to yacht charters and guides them toward booking
• Help establish organized systems and workflows for social media operations
• Learn and maintain consistent company branding and imaging across all content

Client Information

The Company is a yacht brokerage specializing in yacht charters for visitors to South Florida. Its clientele consists primarily of tourists, many of whom are exploring yacht charters for the first time. The Company educates guests about their options and helps them choose the right experience for their trip.

Must Haves

• Proven experience growing social media followings and audiences (including any examples of pages they've grown)
• Strong knowledge of the Instagram algorithm, including content structure, posting strategy, and boosting
• Video editing experience for short-form content (reels, TikTok)
• Experience managing DMs
• Content calendar planning and scheduling experience
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines

Nice to Haves

• Experience marketing to broad, tourist-based audiences

Home Office Requirements
