  • Write, edit, and refine messaging based on campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and recommend improvements through testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Assess and support Salesforce-integrated marketing technologies, including email deliverability and data flow.
  • Maintain and update website content through WordPress or a comparable content management system.
  • Coordinate marketing projects using project management platforms while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Serve as a proactive communications thought partner by identifying opportunities, recommending best practices, and driving projects from concept through execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign delivery.
  • Travel approximately 10% annually (typically 2–3 organizational events each year).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of professional communications and marketing experience.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong writing, marketing, and content development capabilities.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content creation skills across multiple communication channels.
  • Experience independently producing brand-compliant marketing materials using Canva, PowerPoint, or similar design tools.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce-integrated marketing platforms such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Feathr, Mailchimp, or comparable marketing automation systems.
  • Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress or similar content management systems.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, A/B testing, campaign measurement, optimization, and performance analytics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Passion for improving child health, education, equity, and community impact.

Preferred Qualifications
