Integration Architect – IBM ACE

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Integration Architect with strong IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) expertise to lead enterprise integration architecture and delivery across complex environments. The role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing communication, and experience working across global onshore-offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE.
  

• Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices.
  

• Engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and shape scalable solutions.
  

• Provide technical leadership across integration design, development, troubleshooting, and delivery governance.
  

• Lead and collaborate with global onshore/offshore engineering teams.
  

• Drive integration modernization across APIs, messaging, and enterprise applications.
  

Requirements

Must-Have

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong Integration Architecture experience.
  

• Expert-level IBM ACE / IBM App Connect Enterprise (IIB) experience – Mandatory.
  

• Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, REST/SOAP, messaging, and middleware.
  

• Proven experience in client-facing architecture and stakeholder management.
  

• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  

• Experience working in global onshore-offshore delivery models.
  

Good to Have

• MuleSoft and/or Apigee.
  

• API Management, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture.
  

• AWS/Azure integration services and cloud modernization.
  

• Containerization and modern integration platforms.
  

• Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.
  

• MuleSoft/API/integration certifications.
