Help Center Representative (German B2, 100% remote Slovakia)

Become a B2 German Customer Support Specialist: As a key member of our team, you'll be the friendly voice (or email, or chat) for our German-speaking customers (B2 level proficiency required). You'll troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional service, all from the comfort of your home office!

Here's what you'll do:

• Be a customer champion: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat in German (B2 level required)
• Solve customer problems quickly and efficiently
• Research and share accurate information to keep customers happy
• Keep clear records of your interactions
• Help us maintain our stellar customer service reputation
• Be a team player and create a positive work environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Speaks German fluently at a B2 level (CEFR) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is a problem-solving whiz and loves to analyze things
• Can work independently and collaboratively (gotta be a team player too!)
• Is a computer whiz who can handle any software we throw your way
• Has a positive and can-do attitude

  • Full-time: 1400 EUR gross + 100 EUR KPI bonus (based on performance)
  • Part-time: Salary pro-rated based on working hours (e.g., 30 hrs/week = 1083.87 EUR gross) + bonus potential

Shift Details:

• Shifts are planned for 7 hours and 45 minutes.
• Part-timers will work full shifts (7.75 hours) but not necessarily every day.
• The schedule rotates through early (9:00 AM - 11:00 AM), late (1:30 PM - 3:35 PM), and middle shifts (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) to ensure coverage across all hours.
• New hires will not be assigned early morning shifts (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM).
