The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our Remote team.


This role is ideal for a motivated student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field who is interested in learning the full-cycle recruiting process within a growing architecture and engineering consulting firm.


As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will partner with our recruiting team to support hiring initiatives across multiple business lines and geographic regions. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, employment branding, candidate engagement, campus recruiting, and recruiting operations while working alongside experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.


Through mentorship and collaboration, you'll develop a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing, and the hiring process while making meaningful contributions to PRIME AE's continued growth.


What You’ll Do:

As an Intern – Talent Acquisition, you will support the Talent Acquisition team throughout various stages of the recruitment lifecycle. You will gain exposure to sourcing strategies, candidate communications, interview coordination, recruiting analytics, employer branding, and campus recruiting initiatives.


This internship provides the opportunity to work on meaningful recruiting projects while developing professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools.
  • Review resumes and organize candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with posting positions on job boards, university career sites, and social media platforms.
  • Support college recruiting initiatives, career fairs, internship programs, and campus partnerships.
  • Assist with maintaining recruiting reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  • Help develop recruitment marketing materials and employment branding content.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings and recruiting strategy discussions.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify talent trends and sourcing opportunities.
  • Support special Talent Acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Rising sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student with an interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating positive candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Handshake, or social media platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
