Sr Engineering Recruiter- Energy & Power

Requirements

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the construction, engineering, environmental, and renewable energy sectors.
  
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company.
  
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. 
  
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
  
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions.
  

• 3-8 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on either construction or environmental or renewable energy or power sector. 
  
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates.
  
• Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
