Job description

Role: Scrum Master/BA
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: long-term
Work Hours: US Hours
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in Philippines)

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in large enterprise environments
  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating:
    • Business requirements
    • User stories
    • Functional specifications
    • Process flows
    • Acceptance criteria
  • Prior Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
  • Experience managing backlog readiness, intake processes, prioritization, and requirements refinement
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to work across Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and business teams
  • Experience analyzing business processes, system impacts, dependencies, and risk
  • Experience supporting UAT and requirements traceability
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly Preferred
  • Experience working in mainframe environments
  • Exposure to:
    • COBOL
    • VSAM
  • Candidates do not need hands-on development experience but should understand legacy technology concepts and be comfortable working with engineering teams supporting these systems
  • Experience supporting modernization initiatives involving APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO, etc.)
