About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, client-focused, and results-driven Acumatica Project Lead to join our growing ERP consulting team.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end Acumatica implementation projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to consulting teams. You will oversee project delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, guide solution design, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to balance project leadership, ERP expertise, client management, and team coordination will directly contribute to both client success and the continued growth of our Acumatica practice.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead Acumatica implementation projects from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation support
  

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and executive sponsors
  

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and governance activities
  

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints
  

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
  

Solution Design & ERP Consulting

• Conduct business process assessments and requirements gathering workshops
  

• Design scalable Acumatica solutions that align with client business objectives
  

• Configure and optimize Acumatica modules and workflows based on business requirements
  

• Provide strategic guidance on ERP best practices, process improvement, and system adoption
  

• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration activities
  

• Ensure solution designs support long-term scalability and operational efficiency
  

Client Relationship Management

• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
  

• Understand client goals, challenges, and growth plans to provide strategic recommendations
  

• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparent project management
  

• Address client concerns, issues, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
  

• Identify opportunities for system optimization, additional services, and long-term partnership growth
  

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide guidance, direction, and support to consultants, analysts, and technical resources
  

• Mentor junior consultants on Acumatica functionality, implementation methodology, and consulting best practices
  

• Coordinate project resources and workload allocation across engagements
  

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing within project teams
  

• Support the professional development and growth of consulting team members
  

Quality Assurance & Delivery Excellence

• Establish and maintain implementation standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices
  

• Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables and solution designs
  

• Ensure documentation, testing, training, and deployment activities meet delivery standards
  

• Contribute to the development of reusable implementation tools, accelerators, and project assets
  

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and consistency
  

Strategic Contribution

• Contribute to the growth and maturity of Kalpa's Acumatica practice
  

• Provide insights on industry trends, product capabilities, and emerging technologies
  

• Support presales activities, solution demonstrations, and project scoping efforts when required
  

• Collaborate with leadership on delivery strategy, resource planning, and service development initiatives
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of ERP consulting and implementation experience, including project leadership responsibilities
  

• Strong experience leading Acumatica implementation projects through the full project lifecycle
  

• Deep understanding of ERP business processes including finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or project accounting
  

• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and designing business solutions
  

• Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  

• Strong client-facing consulting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
  

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a consulting or professional services environment
  

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Acumatica certifications strongly preferred
  

• Experience within an ERP consulting organization or implementation partner
  

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
  

• Experience with ERP integrations, reporting solutions, and business process transformation initiatives
  

• Experience supporting multiple concurrent client engagements.
  

• Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies
