What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer service messages across eCommerce platforms, including inquiries, returns, and issue resolution.
  • Process return requests and generate shipping labels using internal systems.
  • Research product details using online tools to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Escalate complex or unclear customer inquiries to the team when necessary.
  • Review and update product listings, including pricing, titles, and categories to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform bulk data entry tasks such as correcting product categories using provided reports.
  • Monitor and assist during live selling events by researching product values and engaging in chat support.
  • Track unresolved issues and follow up to maintain organized workflows.
  • Continuously improve listing quality and accuracy to increase sales performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with a hands-on eCommerce team focused on sourcing, listing, and selling inventory across multiple platforms. The team values speed, accuracy, and smart decision-making, and you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting both customers and internal processes.
