Job description

Position: Admin Assistant
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: PST

Tasks required:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify travel, lifestyle, and food influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

  • Collect relevant information about influencers, including contact details, based locations, etc

  • Research contact information through utilizing different tools for travel and hospitality businesses in the US, including hotels, destinations, and other related companies.

  • Put all of the data that has been obtained into an orderly spreadsheet.

  • Maintain and update the spreadsheet regularly to ensure data accuracy.

  • Verify and perform quality control on the data in the

  • Assistance with updating data in our system, and maintaining its accuracy

  • database

  • Consult with the team, to guarantee agreement on the objectives and standards of the research.

  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.

  • Assist in crafting clear and concise communications, including emails, announcements and reports

  • Perform other duties as needed


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Admin Assistant or relevant role

  • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)

  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google wSuite)

  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

  • Clear and concise communicator with effective English verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with basic social media management

  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
