• Manage platforms: Oversee and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Create engaging content: Craft captivating visuals, videos, and written content using tools like Canva, while maintaining brand consistency.
  
• Automate and streamline processes: Leverage tools such as Zapier, LinkedHelper, and ZohoOne to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  
• Analyze and optimize performance: Track social media metrics, provide detailed analytics reports, and refine strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
  
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of social media campaigns with our overall marketing initiatives.
  
• Stay ahead of trends: Monitor the latest in technology and social media trends, and adapt them creatively to our strategies.
  

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is bilingual: Fluency in both English and French is a must.
  
• Has proven experience: Demonstrated expertise in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy.
  
• Knows the tools: Mastery of tools like Canva, Zapier, LinkedHelper, ZohoOne, and in-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms.
  
• Understands technology trends: Passionate about staying up to date with emerging trends and applying them to social media.
  
• Is highly organized: Can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  
• Is self-driven: Thrives in an autonomous role while being available for team communication and collaboration.
