Job description

This is a remote position.

Woloyem Consulting SARL, une entreprise dynamique et en pleine croissance, recherche un(e) commercial(e) talentueux(se) pour renforcer son équipe à Abidjan. Vous serez responsable de la prospection, du développement et de la gestion de la relation client afin de promouvoir nos formations en gestion de projet et en gestion de service.

Vos missions principales :

  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients et partenaires.
  • Présenter et vendre les offres de formation adaptées aux besoins des entreprises et des particuliers.
  • Négocier et conclure les contrats de formation.
  • Fidéliser les clients existants en assurant un suivi régulier.
  • Contribuer à la stratégie commerciale en partageant des idées et des retours du terrain.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés et rendre compte de vos activités.


Requirements

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne motivée, organisée, et passionnée par le développement commercial.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme en commerce, marketing ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience minimum de 2 ans en tant que commercial(e), idéalement dans le secteur de la formation ou des services.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de prospection et de négociation.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Bonne connaissance du marché Africain.
  • Une expérience ou connaissance dans la gestion de projet est un atout.
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels CRM comme Zoho CRM.
