Job description

Account Manager | Ecommerce & Product Personalization (Remote)

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, venture-backed ecommerce technology company operating in the product personalization space.

Our client has already generated multi-million-dollar revenue and is scaling its merchant partnerships across North America. This is a high-impact Account Manager role focused on owning merchant success, retention, and revenue growth.

Compensation & Work Setup

  • Base salary: $90,000 to $115,000 + $60,000 Bonus/commissions for Account Managers
  • Fully remote, work from home

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce merchant accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, owning long-term merchant success
  • Analyze account performance data to identify optimization, retention, and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to execute merchant strategies
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the platform
  • Proactively identify risks, prevent churn, and drive account expansion
