  • Manage partner user onboarding and contribute to remote team training and knowledge sharing

Job description

This role with be instrumental in preserving the integrity of the data within our CRM, Salesforce.com. This data drives business decisions and determines compensation for Sales employees, so accuracy is required. This role will run reports to identify data inconsistencies and work to correct those inconsistencies, interface with Sales reps to understand the data, will collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to assist in testing new functionality, and aid in developing new projects as needed. There is potential to grow in this role and learn more about the setup of our Salesforce.com implementation and take on more responsibility across all the previously listed areas.

  • Work with a team of experienced Sales Operations and Partner Operations team members to help guide and train you
  • Interact with a global Sales and Partner organization
  • Contribute to the efficiency and efficacy of the global Sales and Partner team
  • Data integrity - review audit reports and correcting inaccurate data
  • Flag data issues and frequent inconsistencies in order to drive automation intended to prevent such inconsistencies
  • Run reports in Salesforce.com and manage data in Excel
  • Communicate with other Sales Operations team members and assist on ad-hoc projects
  • Manage partner user onboarding
  • Assist with testing new functionality in Salesforce.com per instructions given 
  • Can work/has worked with a team remotely
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce.com experience (Admin/Superuser)
  • Power Excel User
  • Heavily Focused on data, attention to detail required
  • Bachelor's degree - either in Finance or Accounting (Preferred)
  • Relevant experience with Tech companies 
  • Can easily take directions given
  • Can see the whole picture and identify areas to improve on
  • Excited for the work (Sales Operations)
