Second, Algerian professionals are less present on the international platforms where global employers source talent, which creates a discoverability gap before any application is submitted. Third, professionals who do apply frequently frame accomplishments in responsibility-based terms rather than outcome-based terms, which underperforms in international hiring contexts. Addressing all three raises conversion rates substantially.
