Three issues recur consistently. First, limited English proficiency at the level required for global employer engagement reduces the accessible opportunity pool significantly for professionals who operate primarily in French and Arabic. Second, Algerian professionals are less present on the international platforms where global employers source talent, which creates a discoverability gap before any application is submitted. Third, professionals who do apply frequently frame accomplishments in responsibility-based terms rather than outcome-based terms, which underperforms in international hiring contexts. Addressing all three raises conversion rates substantially.
