Your role in our team

As our new Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of work packages and subprojects that sit at the intersection of multiple functions. You will coordinate with stakeholders across teams and departments, align priorities, and drive progress with increasing autonomy and accountability. In this role, you will bring together colleagues with diverse skills and backgrounds around shared objectives while maintaining a genuine curiosity about how different parts of the organization work together. In addition to this, you will work closely with the Program Excellence Leadership Team and support the VP in coordinating and organizing activities across the broader organization. This will provide unique exposure to strategic decision-making, leadership priorities, and organizational development while offering valuable insights into how a growing international business operates at both operational and leadership levels.

A significant part of your work will focus on building capabilities, strengthening governance, and enabling collaboration across departments by connecting people and processes that do not naturally sit within a single function. How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• • Coordinating work packages and leading cross-functional subprojects that span multiple departments and organizational boundaries
  • Driving cross-departmental initiatives that build capabilities, strengthen governance, and enable collaboration across Terma
  • Managing project reporting, compliance, progress tracking, and milestone delivery across interconnected workstreams
  • Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring alignment and transparency among stakeholders
  • Promoting consistent adherence to project standards, governance practices, and execution frameworks across the organization
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project execution methods, processes, and cross-functional ways of working within PrX.

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

• • You hold a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar relevant discipline
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related delivery-focused role, ideally involving cross-functional or cross-departmental work
  • Solid understanding of project execution principles, work package management, and progress reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, functions, and departments and engage stakeholders at different levels
  • A genuine interest in how different disciplines and skillsets fit together, combined with a collaborative mindset that values every colleague's contribution
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage
