We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes, as we deliver advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. You will turn business needs into clear solutions and plans, prepare input for management decisions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. You will also support facility projects across Terma’s international sites, which means that some travel should be expected.
You will become part of our Global Facility team, which consists of approximately 30 dedicated colleagues working together to support and develop Terma’s facilities and sites worldwide. The team is collaborative and well-functioning, with a strong focus on sharing knowledge, taking responsibility and delivering high-quality solutions across locations.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, international sites, external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare recommendations and decision-making materials for management, including support for purchase and lease agreements in collaboration with Legal.
Bring your world class expertise into play

-
- You hold a relevant degree in construction engineering, architectural technology, construction management, or a related field
- You have at least three years of project management experience, preferably within construction, refurbishment or facility projects.
- A solid understanding of technical building installations and systems.

- A strong background in strategic initiatives and long-term planning related to buildings, facilities or capacity.
- Proven ability to manage projects from initial concept and planning through execution and handover.
- You are comfortable working in an international environment and travelling as part of the role.
As a person, you are structured, responsible and comfortable taking ownership of your projects. You have a strong financial understanding and keep a close eye on budgets, costs and progress to ensure that projects stay on track. At the same time, you are approachable, collaborative and enjoy working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and areas of expertise.
We are an international company representing world-class expertise, delivering complex and high-tech products. We value our colleagues and our meaningful contributions to securing people through advanced technology. You will also experience that we have a strong focus on your development, teaching you useful new competences and further strengthening current ones, both professionally and personally.
