Job description

Do you enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge while exploring new technologies? Would you like to join a dedicated team where everyone supports each other to help you succeed?

We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes, as we deliver advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry. Our systems provide security for people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for a Technical Instructor to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology. The training will primarily be with radar systems in airports and for coastal surveillance, but other product domains might become relevant.

Your role in our team

You will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging training programs for both customers and colleagues. You will be part of an open and collaborative team where we value knowledge-sharing, curiosity, and a positive work environment.

As our new Technical Instructor, you will handle customized customer training and internal training sessions. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical courses, developing teaching materials, and ensuring participants leave with a strong understanding of the solutions we provide.

Part of your role involves traveling internationally to deliver 5-8 weeks on-site training sessions annually at customer facilities. The rest of the time, you will be based at Lystrup, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality training experience.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

    • Delivering customized technical training to customers and internal teams (primarily in English)
    • Developing and maintaining teaching materials, manuals, digital platforms, LMS and course content
    • Preparing and conducting both classroom-based and hands-on training sessions
    • Building strong relationships with course participants and supporting their learning journey
    • Traveling internationally to conduct on-site training at customer facilities

Bring your world class expertise into play

    • Solid technical understanding and ability to simplify complex topics for learners
    • Teaching experience from The Higher Technical Examination Programme (HTX), Marine and Technical Engineering College, Technical College or similar institution
    • Pedagogical/didactic education is an advantage

As a person, you are curious, proactive, and self-motivated, with a natural passion for teaching and sharing knowledge. You thrive on independence and are solution-oriented, yet you also value being part of a supportive team where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are key. You are structured in your work but remain flexible in your approach, adapting easily to different situations and learning new things every day. You enjoy building quick and positive relationships with course participants and are comfortable traveling internationally, delivering 5–8 weeks on-site courses per year.

We arean international company representing world-class expertise, delivering complex and high-tech products. We value our colleagues and our meaningful contributions to securing people through advanced technology. You will also experience that we have a strong focus on your development, teaching you useful new competences and further strengthening current ones, both professionally and personally.
