Primary Mathematics Teacher — ANZ

Job Summary:

Join Crimson Global Academy as a Primary Mathematics Teacher (ANZ) and immerse yourself in a premium one-on-one and small-group teaching environment. Primary Mathematics Teachers support ANZ primary students with personalized maths tutoring across primary year levels. We’re especially keen on educators who can cover ANZ-friendly (NZT / AEST) daytime windows. This remote role lets you craft tailored learning experiences on a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with full access to our teaching resources.

Current ANZ availability we’re hiring into (examples — flexible matching welcome):

• NSW / AEST: Mondays 9:30–12:00, 1×60 min

• Broader ANZ primary mathematics pipeline as further daytime slots open

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, high-quality instruction in a one-on-one or small-group virtual setting, adapting to each student's unique learning needs

• Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging and supportive learning environment

• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes

• Plan and execute clear session content and assessment timelines

• Conduct professional, interactive live sessions, leveraging online learning resources

• Set relevant homework and provide constructive feedback to encourage student growth

• Develop educational materials where appropriate, contributing to CGA’s resource library

• Efficiently manage your online classroom (e.g. Canvas), keeping assignments and assessments organized

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in elementary/primary education, a related field, or the subject area

• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education methods

• Ability to dedicate consistent weekly hours for 6–9 months once you take a student (typically building toward 15–20 hours/week as caseload grows)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching primary mathematics

• Experience teaching online

• Available during NZT and/or AEST daytime windows
