Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Syniti Data Migration Consultant position for our client.

 

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

 

Duties:

  • Support end-to-end data migration activities using the Syniti platform.

  • Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings, including column-level mapping and transformation requirements.

  • Work with SAP data objects, including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance data.

  • Perform data cleansing, de-duplication, standardization, and validation activities to improve data quality.

  • Execute data reconciliation activities by comparing source and target data and identifying discrepancies.

  • Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to business requirements.

  • Identify and resolve data quality and migration issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

  • Support data migration testing, defect resolution, and validation throughout the migration lifecycle.

  • Document mapping specifications, data quality rules, validation results, and reconciliation findings.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful migration of business-critical data.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Syniti for data migration, data quality, and data validation.

  • Experience developing source-to-target and column-level data mappings.

  • Strong understanding of SAP data objects, including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance.

  • Experience with data cleansing, de-duplication, and standardization.

  • Ability to perform data reconciliation between source and target systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Syniti in enterprise data migration and data quality initiatives.

  • Experience supporting SAP data migration projects.

  • Proven experience with data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets in an enterprise environment.

  • Experience collaborating with business, functional, and technical stakeholders during data migration projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $145,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
