Business Development & Sales Specialist for a Staffing Agency in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Research and identify potential clients in the warehousing and manufacturing industries
• Generate leads and build a client database
• Conduct cold calls and outbound sales activities
• Contact decision-makers and introduce our labour hire services
• Set up meetings and follow up with prospects
• Help develop and grow our new client base

Client Information

The client is a temporary staffing agency and NDIS provider specialising in Disability Support and Community Aged Care, providing staffing solutions to clients and participants across Queensland, New South Wales and ACT.

Must Haves

• Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident and comfortable making frequent phone calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, persistent, and self-motivated
• Labour hire, recruitment, warehousing, or manufacturing experience is a plus

Home Office Requirements
