Job description

Description

Mpathic is a consultative Contact Center and Sales Enablement partner dedicated to employee advancement and customer delight. We help organizations grow by building, training, and deploying high-performing teams that operate as an extension of our clients.

Our purpose is to help enterprises fulfill their mission through exceptional human interactions, thoughtful use of technology, and a belief that every encounter with another person is an unrepeatable opportunity to make their life better. We believe great salespeople are developed, not simply found. We hire for communication, curiosity, resilience, judgment, coachability, and ambition, then provide the training and support to turn those qualities into professional selling skills.

At Mpathic, sales is not about convincing someone to buy something they do not need. It is about understanding people, identifying where genuine value can be created, and helping worthwhile organizations earn the resources they need to fulfill their mission.

The Opportunity

Mpathic is seeking Sales Representatives to support a market-leading international technology company providing cloud-based solutions to businesses across the United States, with a significant focus on healthcare.

This is a revenue-producing sales role. You will engage prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, navigate objections, and move opportunities toward a buying decision. You will also learn to recognize larger or more complex opportunities that should be advanced to an Account Executive.

You do not need years of technology sales experience to succeed here. We are looking for people with the raw ingredients to become excellent sales professionals: curiosity, confidence, persistence, strong communication, coachability, and the motivation to improve.

If you bring those qualities, we will teach you how to sell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calling, emailing, SMS, and chat to grow existing customers and acquire new logos.
  • Maintain consistent, clear, and thorough documentation of all sales activities in the CRM system, adhering to established business processes.
  • Follow through on all leads until they are qualified, closed, passed to account executives, or properly identified as not viable.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to understand and articulate selling points for specific customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Actively apply coaching from managers to show consistent improvement in identified areas of opportunity.
  • Communicate the value of the customer’s offerings, especially in healthcare, highlighting AI-driven tools like and HIPAA-compliant digital faxing solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience is helpful. Potential is more important.

We are particularly interested in people who demonstrate:

  • Curiosity: You naturally ask questions and want to understand how things work.
  • Communication: You can have a clear, engaging, professional conversation with different kinds of people.
  • Coachability: You welcome feedback and put it into practice.
  • Resilience: A difficult conversation or a “no” doesn’t derail you.
  • Ambition: You want to perform, improve, and build toward something bigger.
  • Judgment: You listen, think, and adapt rather than simply following a script.
  • Persistence: You follow through when something requires effort.
  • Accountability: You take ownership of your activity, results, and development.
  • Empathy: You approach customers as people to understand and help, not simply transactions to close.
  • Competitive drive: You enjoy having goals and working toward measurable results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • B2B sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technology, industries, and sales concepts.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and asking questions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to consistently document sales activity.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Contact Center platforms is helpful, but not required.
  • Dedicated workspace with minimal background noise during calls and online meetings.

Experience in technology, SaaS, healthcare, customer service, fundraising, recruiting, hospitality, banking, retail sales, or other communication-intensive environments may be valuable, but there is no single background required to succeed in this role.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Dedicated, professional workspace with minimal background noise during calls and online meetings.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a late-model computer.
  • Ability to clear all required background checks.
  • Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
