As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will act as an embedded member of our client’s sales organization, responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities through thoughtful, persistent outreach. If you’re competitive, coachable, resilient, and curious, and want a real path into sales, SaaS, or healthcare technology, this role was built for you.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, or transitioning into sales, who is hungry to learn, comfortable being uncomfortable, and motivated by growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare organizations exploring better ways to operate - introducing modern, secure solutions into environments that often rely on outdated, manual workflows.
Your work directly fuels pipeline, revenue, and long-term customer relationships.
This is a fully remote position; candidates must reside and work within the continental United States.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours (aligned to assigned time zone)
Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses available
