About Synera

Synera builds the AI agent platform that lets hardware engineers connect their tools and automate their workflows. We sell to the world's leading engineering organizations and we run our own company the same way we build our product: automated, data-driven, and AI-first.

About the role

Our GTM engine runs on data: Salesforce as the CRM backbone, HubSpot for Marketing, wired into enrichment and outbound tooling, and a growing layer of AI agents on top. You are the admin of record for that stack: you design it, build in it, ship changes to it, and keep every system connected to it in sync.

Sales Dev, AEs, Marketing and CS all work in the systems you own, and how well they run depends on the UI/UX, data model, automations, and processes you put there. Everything we automate on top of the CRM, from reporting to integrations to AI agents, only works if the records underneath are correct.

We believe in creating outcomes. Your work does not stop once you've implemented a new process, layout, or field. It ends, when features have adopted and retained usage, data quality is high, or correctness is 100%. Bonus if you can actually get a high CSAT by CRM users. We know the pain.

Who you are:

  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales organization (certification a plus, real flows and technical logic a must); working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing-automation platform.

  • Comfortable in the data layer: SQL is second nature; you have built ETL/data pipelines (Airflow or similar) and data models, and can debug a sync gone wrong across three tools.

  • You have built reporting and forecasting people actually use and know the difference between a dashboard and an answer.

  • An automator by instinct: scripts, APIs, workflow tools, and AI agents are how you scale yourself. You use LLMs as a daily working tool, not a novelty and the idea of building the data brain behind a company-wide AI agent excites you.

  • You work in English confidently; German is a plus. You communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, sales reps, marketers, and executives alike.

  • Ownership mentality: you document what you build, you notice what nobody asked about, and you would rather fix the system than the symptom.

Why this role

You own the system the entire revenue organization runs on, with the mandate to shape it rather than maintain it, a modern stack, and the automation tooling to build leverage instead of backlog. You report into Business Operations with a direct line to how the company is run.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Administer Salesforce: You are the admin of record who implements, maintains, improves. Objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, lead routing, ...

  • Administer HubSpot: marketing automation, channel integrations, performance & pipeline attribution, workflows, ...

  • Ship changes like an engineer: test in sandbox, deploy in production, and enable the team

  • Own the interfaces: the Salesforce <> HubSpot sync, enrichment and outbound tooling (Clay, Instantly), the source side of the feeds that leave the CRM for the data warehouse, and AI integrations.

  • Manage users, permissions, and licenses across the GTM stack and help evaluate new tools and consolidate overlapping ones.

  • Design the data model. You decide what deserves a new field, what belongs in a picklist and what gets retired, you implement it, and you enable the team to use it.

  • Support the whole customer journey: unblock, train, & enable Sales Dev, AEs, Marketing, and CS in the CRM day to day. Then turn recurring questions into processes & self-serve dashboards, documentation, automations, and agents.

โšก In 6 months:

  • 3 months: you are the admin of record for Salesforce and HubSpot, own the integration landscape around them, and run day-to-day CRM operations.

  • 6 months: the CRM, its data model and automations are documented, monitored and trusted, and the GTM teams self-serve the changes and answers they used to queue up with you

โšก In 12 months:

  • 12 months: your data foundation becomes the knowledge layer of Synera's superagent. AI agents across the company answer questions and execute work on data you made trustworthy.
