JOB SUMMARY:

Hospitality Paid Media Analyst is responsible to work with internal teams to set up campaigns, oversee monthly budget management, track performance metrics, implementation of account optimizations and analyze reporting and provide insights and recommendations for several client accounts across all Paid Search platforms - Google, Microsoft Ads – Paid Social platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok – OTAs – Expedia, Booking,com, TripAdvisor.  The Paid Media Analyst role is a client facing role and is an effective communicator and skilled presenter.

The Hospitality Paid Media Analyst is accountable for creating and maintaining the client Media Plans, as well as, ensuring all billing and media invoicing is complete and accurate. In addition to Paid Media, the Hospitality Paid Media Coordinator will oversee profile and listing updates and maintain profiles and listing on platforms like Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Yext, Yelp, etc, and will onboard an audit new profile clients as needed.

Success is measured by account retention and growth, evaluating client satisfaction, the delivery of innovative marketing programs, personnel development, and strong financial management to reflect media plans.

  • Ability to review and distill multiple sources of information to support strategy and provide direction.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and understand client business, products or services, verticals and competition.
  • Understand and keep up with the latest trends, new processes, changes in industry trends, best practices, competitor intelligence, strategies and latest developments in paid search and social.
  • Manages and actualizes paid media plans.
  • Manages monthly paid media budget and track performance metrics across multiple client accounts and channels. 
  • Onboard and setup new client accounts and campaigns within the appropriate platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn Snapchat, Expedia, TripAdvisor and other digital media
  • Onboard and oversee and profile management reporting including Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Yext, and Yelp.
  • Conduct profile and listing audits and provide recommendations and insights. 
  • Implement account updates as instructed by internal teams within assigned deadlines and delegate tasks to Hospitality Paid Media Coordinator as needed.
  • Advise Account Teams and clients regarding campaign optimization optimizations to maximize conversion rates, ROI, and quality site traffic.
  • Collaborates with internal analytics team to set up and troubleshoot any tracking issues or data inconsistences.
  • Reviews and analyzes monthly paid media provides recommendations and insights to with Account Directors and Clients.
  • Independently analyzes account performance and identifies areas of improvement with client accounts.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Relevant experience will be considered
  • 4-6+ years of paid search or paid social experience
  • Digital agency experience and additional online marketing experience
  • 4-6+ years’ experience executing advertising campaigns within Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Proficient with Google Analytics
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively as a team
  • Willing to take on direction if and when needed, but also work independently.
  • Able to respond positively to client and peer critique and feedback
  • Display a dependable, strong work ethic

LOCATION:

  • REMOTE. This is a remote position. #LI-Remote 


COMPENSATION:  $60,000 - $78,000 DOE
