  • Oversee paid media activations by coordinating campaign setup, launch readiness, and ongoing support with media vendors, platform partners, and internal teams
  • Support execution of non-media program componentsβ€”such as website content placements, landing pages, and supporting creative elements β€”by coordinating timelines, dependencies, and approvals across internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all contractual, programmatic, and channel-specific requirements are met consistently across partners and vendors
  • Serve as a primary liaison between internal teams, client stakeholders, and external media and activation partners
  • Maintain clear documentation, trackers, and status updates to manage complex, high-volume programs efficiently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on workflows, dependencies, timelines, and priorities across channels
  • Identify execution risks, pacing or delivery issues, and process gaps; escalate appropriately and recommend solutions
  • Communicate regularly with senior team members on program status, risks, performance considerations, and opportunities for optimization

  • Proven success managing high-volume, multi-partner programs across paid and/or owned marketing channels
  • Working knowledge of paid media campaign lifecycles, including setup, trafficking inputs, vendor coordination, and delivery
  • Familiarity with executing or supporting owned-channel activations (e.g., website content, partner placements) preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
