Company Overview: Truegenics Pte Ltd is a personal care Vitamin, Mineral, and Supplement (VMS) company that specializes in Direct Response marketing. Mission of the Role: To ensure the financial stability and integrity of Truegenics by efficiently managing day-to-day payment cycle activities and controlling expenses, while providing accurate and timely financial reporting for the group. You will assist in the preparation of the management reports and analysis, including but not limited to monthly reports. This role actively contributes to sound financial administration, supports management with insightful analysis, and fosters effective collaboration across the finance division. 


This role starts off as a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position subject to business needs, performance, and role renewal.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting journals and intercompany transactions in compliance with the Group’s accounting and reporting policies.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances and inventories to maintain data integrity and proper asset management.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, including consolidation, variance, and Profit and Loss analysis.
  • Support month-end closing, cashflow variance reporting, and departmental budget analysis to provide accurate and timely financial insights.
  • Backup support for processing of weekly payments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, bankers, vendors) to resolve financial queries and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support all statutory and regulatory compliance, including preparing for annual audits, tax computations, and annual XBRL filings.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Hold a good University Degree or relevant Professional Qualification.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and reporting processes, with at least 2-3 years of working experience in handling full set accounting in a medium/large organization.
  • Comfortable adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process optimization and financial analysis 
  • Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Tax statutory requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Google sheets.
  • Familiar with telegraphic transfers and overseas payment processes will be a plus. 
  • Familiar with Xero system will be a plus.
  • Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • A good team player and able to work under pressure.

 

Working Arrangement:

This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively:

  • Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed
  • At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen)
  • Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling)
  • Webcam
  • Designated Workstation
  • Stable and strong power and internet connectivity
