FINANCE COORDINATOR

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Remote 
Reporting to: Finance Team Lead
Salary: Php 22,000 - Php 23,000

Job purpose:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, expertly managing supplier invoices and month-end processes to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the go-to person for making timely payments, resolving inquiries, and performing crucial statement reconciliations. Plus, you'll team up with various departments to keep our finances in top shape, all while diving into new challenges and opportunities that keep the job fresh and exciting!

What will be your key responsibilities? 

1. Work on various supplier invoices and month-end responsibilities as needed.

2. Pay suppliers per terms and maintain company controls.

3. Respond to supplier/client inquiries through emails in a timely manner.

4. Perform Statement reconciliations.

5. Coordinate with other departments and within the other responsibilities in Accounts to ensure accurate recording and control of the company’s finances and information.

6. Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or a College Degree in Accounting; Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage.

• Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent verbal & written English communication s analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

• Strong prioritization skills in order to meet established deadlines

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proficiency in efficient time management and adept task prioritization

• Ability to conduct internet research with demonstrated computer skills

• Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for an extended period of time.
