Recruitment Consultant – Construction (LATAM | Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant based in Latin America to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with candidates and clients to deliver successful placements.

You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. While experience recruiting within the construction industry is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone with a solid agency recruitment background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through candidate placement and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding candidate updates, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Manage multiple open positions while maintaining organized recruitment pipelines.
• Keep ATS records accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure an excellent client and candidate experience.
• Meet recruitment goals and contribute to successful placements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency or staffing environment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with both candidates and clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Consultative, relationship-focused approach to recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, engineering, or related industries is considered an advantage but is not required.
