About TalentCross

TalentCross partners with US-based clients to connect them with top global talent for remote roles. We are currently hiring for a Sourcing Representative role with one of our clients.

About the Role

  • Source factories in China: Identify and vet suitable factories to fulfill RFQs across product categories (apparel, accessories, packaging).
  • Assign RFQs: Manage requests via the internal operations platform.
  • Follow up for submissions: Ensure factories submit quotes promptly and provide support when needed.
  • Upload quotes: Assist factories unfamiliar with the system by uploading quotes on their behalf.
  • Factory onboarding: Guide factories through onboarding and train them on platform usage.
  • Maintain records: Document factory status, submissions, and escalations in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Meet SLA targets: Ensure quote turnaround times meet service level expectations.

Qualifications

  • Based in China, with strong understanding of local factory networks
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines

  • Experience with RFQ systems or manufacturing platforms
