Paid Ads Specialist (Google + Meta)
Salary: $3,500 up to $5,500 USD/month
Remote – LATAM-based candidates only

About the Client

About the Role

You will own everything a customer reads and experiences after they find us: website, lifecycle communication, email, and positioning/messaging. The goal is simple: more visitors become customers, and more customers come back.

Responsibilities

  • Website & CRO: Own structure, messaging, conversion of product pages; plan/run A/B tests.
  • Lifecycle communication: Build onboarding, reorder triggers, win-back and repeat paths.
  • Positioning & messaging: Define product positioning for customer segments; maintain one source of truth across website, ads, sales, and AI sales agent.
  • Email: Plan, write, and run lifecycle/marketing emails.
  • Customer research: Turn sales calls, conversations, and reviews into copy and tests.
  • Reporting: Measure work on conversion rate, repeat revenue, and order value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B or e-commerce marketing with ownership of website conversion, messaging, or lifecycle.
  • Track record of copy/pages built from real customer research.
  • Experience building lifecycle/email programs with measurable revenue results.
  • Solid A/B testing knowledge.
  • Ability to own work end-to-end with little supervision.
  • Fluent written English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with funnels mixing self-serve and sales-led buying.
  • Hands-on CRM/email platform experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive).
  • Experience writing prompts/knowledge bases for AI sales/support agents.
  • Background in custom manufacturing, merch, or print-on-demand.
