Job description

The Content Distribution Manager is responsible for executing WorkRight's content strategy across all digital channels. This role bridges content creation and audience engagement, managing the day-to-day posting, scheduling, formatting, and community management that brings WorkRight's compliance expertise and thought leadership to market. You'll own the operational excellence of social presence while providing leadership with performance insights to inform future strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Execution & Distribution

  • Receive content assets; format, schedule, and publish across assigned digital channels (LinkedIn primary, YouTube, Instagram, and additional platforms as identified)

  • Manage posting calendars, ensuring consistent cadence and optimal timing across time zones

  • Format content for platform-specific requirements (dimensions, copy length, hashtag strategy, etc.)

  • Coordinate posting across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement

  • Adapt and repurpose content assets for different platforms while maintaining brand voice and messaging

Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social channels in a timely manner

  • Engage authentically with audience members, fostering community and building relationships

  • Flag important conversations or customer inquiries to appropriate WorkRight teams

  • Maintain professional tone and brand consistency in all community interactions

  • Track engagement patterns to inform future content decisions

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics across channels (reach, engagement, click-through rates, follower growth, etc.)

  • Compile regular performance reports for WorkRight leadership, highlighting wins, trends, and opportunities

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for content optimization and channel expansion

  • Identify underperforming content and successful formats to guide future creation

  • Track KPIs tied to campaign goals and business objectives

Channel Strategy & Optimization

  • Own the execution strategy for assigned channels; make autonomous decisions about posting frequency, content mix, and timing

  • Evaluate new platforms and recommend expansion opportunities based on audience insights

  • Test new content formats and distribution approaches; report findings to leadership

  • Ensure all channels reflect current WorkRight messaging and brand positioning

  • Collaborate with Content Writer on format and medium preferences based on performance data

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the Content Writer to ensure asset flow and deadline alignment

  • Communicate with WorkRight leadership on channel performance, emerging opportunities, and resource needs

  • Coordinate with other teams (sales, customer success, leadership) on content needs or promotional pushes

  • Support webinar, podcast, and event promotion across social channels

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of social media management, content distribution, or digital marketing experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social platforms simultaneously

  • Strong written communication skills and understanding of platform-specific voice and tone

  • Ability to create basic graphics or adapt templates

  • Experience with community management and audience engagement

  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights

  • Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and/or compliance/legal industry a plus

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with video content distribution and YouTube management

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices for thought leadership and professional services

  • Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation tracking

  • Experience in HR tech, compliance, or immigration services
