We've teamed up with Handoff to find an exceptional AI Automation Specialist who will help lead this transformation. This is a unique opportunity to design impactful AI solutions, educate teams across the organization, and build the systems that will shape the future of how the firm operates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Automation & Solution Development:

• Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

• Develop automations for legal and administrative processes, including document review, summarization, workflow automation, and knowledge management.

• Identify high-impact automation opportunities and prioritize projects that generate measurable business value.

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies to recommend new solutions.

AI Strategy & Innovation:

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and business operations.

• Lead the implementation of multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while ensuring scalability and long-term usability.

• Establish best practices for AI adoption, governance, and workflow design.

• Continuously optimize existing AI systems as new technologies become available.

Training & AI Enablement:

• Serve as the company's internal AI expert and day-to-day resource for employees.

• Coach team members with varying levels of AI experience, helping them become more confident and effective users.

• Create training materials, documentation, and best practices that promote company-wide AI literacy.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation with AI technologies.

Systems Integration & Process Improvement:

• Work with existing business platforms and software to integrate AI into everyday workflows.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency across legal, operational, and administrative functions.

• Support implementation and optimization of AI workflows within document management, productivity, and business systems.

• Ensure AI solutions remain reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated expertise building practical AI solutions and workflow automations.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms.

• Experience integrating AI into business operations and productivity workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting end users adopting new technologies.

• Ability to independently manage multiple AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

NICE TO HAVE

• Technical background in software development, computer science, automation engineering, or related fields.

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI integrations.

• Familiarity with document management systems such as Filevine or similar platforms.

• Experience integrating AI into legal, professional services, or knowledge-based organizations.

• Experience with workflow automation platforms, APIs, scripting, or custom AI applications.

• Passion for staying current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and industry trends.
