As the company grows, we’re looking for someone who can work directly with the owner, and serve as a trusted partner in supporting high-impact projects that accelerate client success.

Location: Latin America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and SMS

  • Research and identify ecommerce brands that fit the ideal customer profile

  • Generate new opportunities through strategic outbound efforts

  • Follow up with inbound leads quickly and professionally

  • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria including revenue, ad spend, growth stage, and business needs

  • Book discovery calls and sales meetings for Account Executives using established processes

  • Handle initial objections and keep prospects engaged throughout the scheduling process

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and activity tracking

  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly outreach, meeting-setting, and pipeline KPIs

  • Share regular updates on activity, pipeline progress, and key prospect insights

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign performance

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, or outbound sales experience

  • Proven success in cold calling and multi-channel prospecting

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Confidence speaking with founders, operators, and business owners

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar

  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment

  • Excellent organization and follow-through

  • Resilience and persistence when facing objections and rejection

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences simultaneously

  • Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, Amazon, or agency environments is a plus
