Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Management Specialist to support a busy legal team handling personal injury matters. In this role, you will play a key part in moving cases forward by managing case documentation, coordinating medical records, building timelines, and assisting with client intake activities. You will work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure cases are organized, accurate, and progressing efficiently. • Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate and organized case files within the case management system
  • Build and maintain detailed case timelines
  • Draft and prepare demand packages and legal correspondence
  • Contribute to the efficient management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Support legal staff with administrative and case-related tasks as needed
  • Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff members, clients, and third parties
  • Assist in creating and finalizing medical timelines
  • Perform client intake activities and gather relevant case information
  • Prepare written requests and follow up on outstanding records or information
  • Request, track, and organize medical records and supporting documentation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a case manager

• Experience with US personal injury law is required
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills is a must

• Strong case management and legal administrative support skills

• Ability to draft legal demands and supporting documentation

• Experience requesting and organizing medical records

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• High level of accountability and ownership

• Location and timezone: Remote, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Expected call volume: Light to moderate (6-15 calls per day)
• Software and Tools Required:
- CRM: MyCase
- VOIP: RingCentral
- Other: SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gmail, ADP

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)

English, Spanish
