Job Description:

At Job Duck, we connect talented professionals with growing law firms that need dedicated team members to help drive case progress and deliver exceptional client service. We are seeking a Personal Injury Intake and Case Manager who is passionate about helping clients navigate the legal process while ensuring cases move forward efficiently. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, medical providers, insurance companies, courts, and legal staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, highly organized, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities without constant supervision. •Monthly compensation: 1220 USD to 1320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Follow up on outstanding requests with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties
  • Report claims and assist with claim related processes
  • Communicate with courts regarding case related matters and updates
  • Monitor case progress and help move files through each stage of the case lifecycle

  • Request and obtain medical records and supporting case documentation
  • Conduct client intake activities and gather necessary information and documentation

  • Identify and resolve case bottlenecks proactively
  • Track deadlines and outstanding items to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff regarding next steps and case developments
  • Provide case updates and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the case management system

Requirements:

•Timezone: • Eastern Standard Time (EST)

•Schedule: • Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

•Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or Legal Assistant

•Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows

•Experience handling client communications and case documentation

•Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously

•Software and Tools: NEOS by Assembly, RingCentral, Microsoft Office Suite

•Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

•Ability to work independently and proactively

•Strong attention to detail

•Willingness to learn new processes and assume additional responsibilities as needed

•Proactive and self motivated mindset

•Strong follow through and task ownership

•Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
