Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and proactive Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will work directly with clients to assess their needs, coordinate services, provide ongoing support, and help them achieve their goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining a client-centered approach

Office hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review medical bills for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with case requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows
  • Communicate with medical offices, hospitals, and other providers to request information and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Obtain and track medical records, billing statements, and other required documentation from healthcare providers.
  • Identify and follow up on missing documents, records, and critical case information.
  • Support clients by managing case-related administrative processes and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in case management or at a Law Firm

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software or databases.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
