This is a remote position.

Job Description: As an Instructional eLearning Designer at [Company Name], you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging and effective online learning courses. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia developers to create interactive and multimedia-rich eLearning content that meets learning objectives and enhances the learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design instructional strategies and develop eLearning content that aligns with learning goals and objectives.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for eLearning courses, outlining instructional methods, interactions, and assessments.
  • Develop engaging multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, simulations, and videos, to enhance learning experiences.
  • Utilize authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS) to build and publish eLearning modules and courses.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and usability.
  • Implement instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and adult learning principles in course development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, eLearning technologies, and instructional design methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Evaluate and revise existing eLearning content to improve learner engagement and learning outcomes.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning courses or modules you have designed and developed.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and educational technologies.
  • Experience with multimedia development tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia).
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field preferred.
