Job Summary:
Our English LLC is looking for a senior instructional designer who is highly experienced in creating gamification concepts and ideas from scratch for E learning courses. As an Instructional Designer specializing in gamification, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing interactive and engaging e-learning courses. Your primary focus will be on concepting and creating educational content that leverages game-based learning principles to enhance learner engagement, retention, and overall learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Content Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop e-learning content that aligns with educational objectives and incorporates gamification elements.
  
• Game-Based Learning: Apply gamification principles to create interactive learning experiences, including gamified quizzes, scenarios, simulations, and other game elements.
  
• Course Development: Use e-learning authoring tools to create and maintain engaging online courses, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  
• Assessment and Feedback: Design assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  
• Multimedia Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, and animations, to enhance the learning experience.
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and revisions to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of instructional content.
  
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with e-learning industry trends, gamification best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our learning solutions.
  

• Project management experience is beneficial

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred.
  
• Proven experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing gamified e-learning projects.
  
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
  

• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a 

  remote work environment.

Scope of project: 6+ months
