Senior Instructional Designer

This is a remote position.

Role Summary 

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with leading authoring tools and a solid understanding of SCORM and LMS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and/or iSpring Suite.
  
• Publish courses in SCORM (1.2 / SCORM 2004) and ensure proper LMS tracking.
  
• Configure tracking for completion, progress, quiz scores, and time spent.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate content into effective learning experiences.
  
• Review and test courses inside the LMS to ensure functionality and quality.
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with at least one major authoring tool (Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, or iSpring).
  
• Solid understanding of SCORM standards and LMS behavior.
  
• Experience exporting and uploading SCORM packages to LMS platforms.
  
• Ability to build quizzes, interactions, and assessments.
  
• Portfolio of eLearning samples.
  
• Fluent in English
