MDM Enterprise Architect

CTG is seeking to fill a MDM Enterprise Architect opening for our client.

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an MDM Architect / Architecture Lead to help define and document the future-state architecture and coordinate architecture-related activities across multiple workstreams. This role will work across SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Data, and AI teams to ensure architecture decisions, dependencies, and action items are clearly documented and communicated.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, working architect who can create architecture documentation and diagrams while also facilitating cross-functional discussions and driving meetings and follow-up activities to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Future-State Architecture

• Document the future-state architecture based on business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams using Draw.io.
• Develop application interaction maps that clearly illustrate relationships and dependencies between systems.
• Document integration flows and how applications and platforms interact.
• Maintain clear and accurate architecture documentation as solutions evolve.

Cross-Workstream Coordination

• Coordinate architecture activities and dependencies across multiple teams, including:
  • SAP
  • Workday
  • ServiceNow
  • Data
  • AI
• Facilitate communication between workstreams to ensure alignment on architecture and integration considerations.
• Identify and communicate cross-workstream dependencies, decisions, and outstanding items.

Meeting & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead and facilitate meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive discussions toward clear decisions and defined next steps.
• Document decisions, action items, owners, and follow-ups.
• Track open actions through completion.
• Communicate status, decisions, dependencies, and outstanding issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up with teams to ensure commitments and action items remain on track.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in an architecture role, preferably in an MDM-related environment.
• Experience documenting future-state architecture.
• Strong experience creating architecture diagrams and application interaction maps.
• Experience documenting integration flows.
• Proficiency with Draw.io for architecture documentation.
• Experience coordinating across multiple technology or business workstreams.
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive discussions to decisions and closure.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to clearly document technical information, decisions, and action items.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working across enterprise technology environments involving SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Data, and/or AI teams.
• Experience in an architecture lead or similar cross-functional architecture role.
• Experience working with multiple technical teams and stakeholders simultaneously.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $46 to $49. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
