Job description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Contact Center Team Administrator (TA) opportunity with our client — a creative design agency known for its innovation, multidisciplinary expertise, and commitment to delivering forward-thinking visual solutions that set new industry standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contact Center Team Administrator (TA) to support our dynamic service center operations. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting contact center representatives and management, and by helping deliver exceptional service across our client programs.

This is a 100% remote position and can be performed from any location within the United States.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Accurately process lead submissions in accordance with established client program guidelines, which may include lead interaction via phone, email, text and chat.
  • Manage incoming customer emails across program-specific inboxes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research and complete broker close-out tasks, including proactive follow-up with program members and brokers as part of the customer nurture process.
  • Manually create and/or update records in customer CRM as applicable.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and meet productivity benchmarks as defined by key performance metrics.
  • Navigate and operate various software systems.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • 2-3 years business experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience in retail, financial services, or a contact center environment is a plus.

Pay Rate Range: $20.06 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
