Summary

The Senior SI&OP Manager develops, owns, and facilitates a monthly best-in-class SI&OP process that profitably grows TE Connectivity’s Sensors business. This person partners with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to develop and realize consensus plans that effectively balance supply and demand to achieve targeted inventory, margin, asset utilization and customer service levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines, develops, and continuously improves a best-in-class SI&OP process including product, demand, supply, reconciliation, and executive reviews
  • Presents monthly cycle outcomes, assumptions, actions, and recommendations to the Executive team
  • Leads or facilitates multiple monthly sub-tier SI&OP meetings by region / site
  • Tracks and reports on prior cycle outcomes, effectiveness, and actions to optimize plans
  • Provides actionable insights from data and trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks
  • Ensures timely and effective ERP loading of reconciled demand plans across all sites
  • Defines and reports on key SI&OP process, business, and operational metrics
  • Models the operational and financial impact of monthly plan changes
  • Syncs and accelerates business and operational growth and improvement via SI&OP
  • Leads scenario-based modeling to influence difficult business decision making and calculated risks
  • Influences and participates in process, system, and technology investment implementations
  • Is the go-to change agent to train and accelerate alignment and buy-in to a best-in-class SI&OP process
  • Develops and leads talent and organizational development, design, and ultimately IBP structure

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or Finance
  • 10+ years working experience in Planning, Supply Chain and/or Operations in manufacturing environments
  • Proven track record of process breakthrough and continuous improvement leadership
  • Executive-level presentation and messaging to articulate key insights and ensure decision and action clarity
  • Thrives in matrixed, highly collaborative environments supporting multiple markets, organizations, and sites
  • Willingness and ability to coach, mentor, and influence broadly across the organization
  • Motivated, self-driven, positive approach to consensus building, problem solving, and change management
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, business intelligence applications, data mining and analysis
  • Advanced Planning and Supplier Collaboration platform experience is a bonus
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or equivalent preferred

  • Language skills: Excellent English (verbal / written) required
  • Work Location: Remote (North America or Europe)
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 20% (domestic and international)
