About the Client:

Hiring for an international fintech company redefining the way businesses manage supply chain finance. 

Role Overview - 

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Analyst to join our Strategy & Investments team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing business strategies, conducting market research, preparing investor materials,
building financial models, and supporting strategic initiatives across fintech, digital banking, lending, payments, and investment projects.

This position offers exposure to senior management, investors, financial institutions, regulators, and strategic partners while working on high-impact projects in Pakistan and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Research
Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare white papers, strategic reports, and business analyses.
Analyze emerging trends in fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, and financial services.
Support business expansion and new market entry initiatives.

Financial Modeling & Valuation
Develop and maintain detailed financial models, revenue forecasts, and investment cases.
Conduct valuation analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling.
Evaluate investment opportunities, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Investor & Board Materials
Prepare professional pitch decks, board papers, investor presentations, and executive summaries.
Support fundraising activities and investor engagement processes.
Assist in the preparation of information memorandums and transaction documentation.

Project Management
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track and execute strategic initiatives.
Assist management in the execution of high-priority projects and prepare implementation roadmaps.

Data Analytics
Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
Monitor key business and financial KPIs through dashboards and performance reports.

Corporate Development
Support the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and market assessments.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors on deal structuring and transaction execution.
Track and manage the pipeline of corporate development opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Required Experience

Education
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
CFA, ACCA, CA, or FRM qualification is preferred.

Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, private equity,
venture capital, or fintech.

Technical Skills
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills.
Strong ability to prepare investor-grade pitch decks and strategic presentations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience developing business plans, white papers, and strategic documents.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage.
